种植制对大豆孢囊线虫群体密度和真菌区系的影响 被引量:7

EFFECTS OF CROPPING SYSTEM ON MYCOFLORA AND POPULATION DENSITY OF SOYBEAN CYST NEMATODE Heterodera glycines

摘要 大豆孢囊线虫(Heteroderaglycines)孢囊密度,随大豆连作年数的增长而上升,5~6年达到高峰后出现衰退。同一病田种植一茬大豆、玉米和水稻后,孢囊密度各比前茬增95.0%,-56.4%和-90.4%;孢囊带真菌率分别增6.3%,23.6%和54.2%;发生频率最高的真菌分别是Fusariumsolani,Paecilomycessp.和无孢丝状菌。在3种轮作田间均发生孢囊的真菌有Acremoniumspp.Aureobasidiumpullulans,Cylindrocarpondestctuns,C.didymum,Fusariumsolani,F.oxysporum,Gliocladiumcatenulatum和G.roseum。 The population density of soybean cyst nematode (SCN)Heterodera glycines increased with the years of soybean continuous cropping. It began to decline after the population reached peak in 5~6 years. Crop rotation experiments with soybean, corn and rice were conducted in a SCN-infected field. After one season the numbers of nematode cysts in the plots of three crops increased by 95. 0%, -56. 4% and -90. 4%, respectively, as compared to the preceding crop; the fungal colonization rates of cysts increased by 6. 3%,26. 3%and 54. 2%, respectively; the fungi most frequently associated with cysts were Fusarium solani, Paecilomyces sp. and asporous filiform fungus respectively. Eight species (genus) of fungi: Acremonium spp., Aureobasidium pullulans, Cylindrocarpon destrnctuns, C. didpoun,Fusasium oxysporum, F. solani, Glioladium catenulatum and G. roseum occurred commonly in the plots of three cropping systems.
