摘要
本文介绍了一种自动测量物体三维形状的新方法。该方法将矩形栅投影于三维物体表面,利用图像处理系统自动产生云纹和自动实现云纹相移,实现了三维物体形状恢复。本文通过实验验证了该方法的正确性与处理精度。方法容易实现,能较好消除多种系统误差,抗干扰能力强,精度和自动化程度高。
This paper presents a new method to measure the 3D shape of an obj ect by the technique of proj ection of Ronchi grating and the subsequent moire phase-shifting to restore the image.
When a Ronchi grating is proj ected onto the surface of an obj ect, the grating is perturbed according to the topography, the moire and the moire phase-shifting then automatically produced by the digital-image processing technique and the 3D shape of the object is restored. This technique has been verified by experiments, proved to be correct and having a good pre cision after processing. This method may be implemented easily and may get over several kinds of systematic errors; besides, it has good interference-resistance ability, high precision and automaticity.
