摘要
本文利用光测技术的新发展,针对流动核态沸腾中汽泡温度场观测的一系列难点.提出了解决的力案,并成功地观测厂汽泡温度场,这为研究性态流动沸腾的机理打下了基础.
This paper presents a general dose ription of the determination of temperature field around a bubble. Based on the new achieve.ments in op tieal measurement technology, a new method which can be used to overcome a series of difficultics in flow boiling experiment is proposed. The temperature field around a bubble, under the condition of now nucleation boiling, is successfully observed. It pases the way for the study of the mechanism of boiling heat transfer.
