摘要
处理粘胶纤维生产废水的工艺,采用分步逐段的技术方法,即酸、碱废水混合曝气除硫化物(S^(-2)去除率为99%)、加减一步沉淀法除锌(Zn^(2+)去除率为98%)的处理技术以及用新型氧化混凝剂继续处理废水的有机物COD_(Cr),出水中COD_(Cr)为50mg/L左右,COD_(Cr)平均去除率达81.37%,达到国家及地方排放标准。
The treatment process of viscose fibre production was adopting progressively separating method, e. i. ae- ration of acid-alkali wastewater mixture for removing sulfide, precipitation by adding alkaline for removing Zn2+, using a new type of oxidation-coagulant for treating organic substances (COD), and their removal rates were 99%, 98% and 81.37% respectively.
