摘要
宽广水域中的船舶碰撞大多是在接近对遇或小角度交叉相遇态势下发生的。两船设计于反向重合或接近重合的航线是构成这类碰撞的重要原因之一。防止或减少宽广水域中的船舶碰撞的有效措施之一是在设计航线时就应加大两船反向航线的横距。
Most of ship's collisions taking place in broad water areas appear to be in the near head-on situation,One of the main fac-tors of collision is that the two ships in opposite directions have planned the same route or almost the same.One of the effective measures taken to avoid ship' s collisions in broad water areas is to keep the two opposite routes apart far enough from each other.
