柱坐标中实心转子感应电机的分层阻抗研究

摘要 本文研究实心转子感应电机在园柱坐标中的多层分析。文中对铁磁介质子层的磁导率变化用二次幂函数曲线拟合,采取输入波阻抗表达电磁场分析的结果,从而导出用双曲函数描述的分层阻抗,它与介质性能以及子层参数之间的关系相当明朗。算例验证了本分析的计算结果与实验数据良好相符。 The multilayer analysis of solid rotor induction machines based on cylindrical coordinates is performed in this paper.The quadratic power function is adopted for simulating the permeability curve in a ferromagnetic sublayer.The solution of Maxwell field equations is expressed by means of an input wave impedance. Hence the sublayer impedances described by hyperbolic functions are derived. The relationship between the sublayer impedances and electiomagnetic properties of media becomes quite clear.The machine performances calculated by the method proposed are found to be agreed well with test on a prototype motor.
