摘要
利用金相、显微硬度及电子探针方法研究了冷轧钛带表面条状缺陷的成因。结果表明,缺陷是由热轧钛带的表面富氧层未清除干净,冷轧后残留富氧层进一步破碎并压入基体造成的。
The cause for formation of streaky defect on the. surface of cold holled Ti-strip has be investigated using metal lographic,mierc^hardness am electron probe methods.The results show that the detect is caused by the oxygen-rich layer which is not clearly removed from the surface of hot relled Ti-strip and pulverized further and pressed into the matrix during coring cold rolling.
