紫外分光光度法测定注射用青霉素钠的含量 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用紫外分光光度法于325nm波长处测定注射用青霉素钠的含量在1.25一15ug/ml浓度范围内符合Beer定律。本法稳定性好;平均回收率100.4%(n=5)CV=0.49%
