摘要
１９４例癫痫病人中风痰闭阻型９７例，痰火内盛型１６例，心肾亏虚型８１例。左桡动脉“关部”脉图中脉象出现率依次为紧脉、弦脉、动脉、滑脉、弦滑脉、弦细脉，但在中医各证型间的分布极不均匀。脉图各测值中风痰闭阻型与痰火内盛型之间差异无显著性，虚证组与实证组相比，ＰＰＭＡ降低，α１变小，α２变大，Ｗ１和Ｗ２增宽，ｈ值降低，ｈ２／ｈ１增高，ｈ３／ｈ１和ｈ４／ｈ１降低，ｔ１和ｔ２延长，ｔ缩短，Ｗ２／ｔ增大。
Of 194 patients with epilepsy, 97 cases were caused by accumulation of wind-phlegm, 16 cases by excessive phlegm-fire,and 81 patients by deficiency of the heart and kidney.The pulse types will be arranged by the frequencies of the presentation in this research as tense pulse,taut pulse,tremulous pulse, slippery pulse, tautslippery pulse and stringy-thready pulse. Among the three types of syndromes, no significant difference in the mcasured indices was found between the wind-phlegm syndrome and the phlegm-fire syndrome.But in some indicos, screened with a computer, by means of multivariate regression analysis marked differences between the excess groups mentioned above and the deficiency group (the heart and kidney deficiency group) were found.This difference showed that the indices of PPMA, a1, h, h3/h1, h4/h1 and T tended to he lower, while a2, W1,W2, t1, t2, h2/h1, and W2/t became higher in heart and kidney deficieney group.
