摘要
将经培养的胎儿甲状旁腺（ＰＴＧ）移植治疗３例甲状旁腺机能减退性心肌病（ＨＯＰＴＣＰ）。供体为４～７个月水囊引产的胎儿，体外培养５～８天后在Ｂ超引导下，一次性将６～１０个胎儿ＰＴＧ注入受者一侧肾包膜内，术后患者症状改善，各项指标好转，随仿１年半均未复发。
This paper reported an allotransplantation of parathyroid gland in the treatment of 3 cases of hypoparathyroidic cardiomyopathy.They were all females, ages ranging from 35 to 50.Two patients were of primary hypoparathyroidism and one was secondary.The transplants were obtained from fetals. The parathyroid glands were preserved in RPMI 1640 and cultured for 5～8 days.Then the graft were implanted into the nephrocapsular.The patients were followed for 18 months postoperatively.The resultsof the treatment were excellent.The heart function of thepatient improved to a varioue degree, and no recurred.The mechanism of parathyroidic cardio myopathy was discussed in this paper extensively.The authors considered this treatment of hypoparathyroidic sardiomyopathy is a safe, simple and effective approach, therefore is recommendable.
