混合唾液的pH、蛋白质含量及水解酶活性与复发性阿弗它溃疡的关系

摘要 测定复发性阿弗它溃疡(RAU)59例和对照组57例混合唾液的pH值、蛋白质含量和酸性蛋白酶、核糖核酸酶、碱性磷酸酶活性。与对照组相比,RAU患者唾液蛋白质含量和pH值降低,3种水解酶活性增高。提示唾液pH值下降和水解酶活性升高与RAU形成和复发有关。 In the present study, We measured PH value, protein content,and cathepsin D, RNase and alkaline phosphatase(AKP) activity of mixed saliva in 59 patients with RAU and 57 normal subjects. The results were:the pH value and protein content decreased, and the enzyme activity of cathepsin D, RNase and AKP in patients with RAU increased as compared with normal controls(P<0.001) .It is supposed that the significant decrease of PH and protein content, and the increase of enzyme activity of hydrolytic enzymes of mixed saliva contribute to the pathogenesis of the disease.
