室旁核微量注射胆囊收缩素对兔胆囊压力影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 向33只雄性家兔室旁核(PVN)内注射微量胆囊收缩素(CCK),观察对胆囊压力的影响。结果:1.向PVN内注入微量生理盐水胆囊压力无明显变化;2.注入微量CCK和CCK-8可引起胆囊压力明显下降(P<0.01);3.向PVN注入CCK-8后引起的胆囊压力下降可被预先注入的丙谷胺抑制。提示PVN可能是CCK产生胆囊压力下降效应的中枢部位,CCK作为递质通过神经元上CCK受体介导而起作用。 To determine the specific responsive site for the central effect of CCK on gallbladder, the aim of this study was to observe the effect of CCK microinjection into paraventricular nucleus ( PVN ) on gallbladder pressure in rabbits. The experiments were made on 33 male fasted rabbits and anesthetized with urethane. The mean gallbladder pressure was measured by a transducer via a catheter connected to a frog bladder perfused with saline and recorded on a polygraph. 1 μl CCK or of CCK-8(40ng)or normal saline was injected into PVN through a steel micropipette. The results were as follows: 1.No significant change in gallbladder pressure was shown after injection of normal saline into PVN; 2. After microinjection of CCK or CCK-8 into PVN, the gallbladder pressure began to fall in 6 min and reached the lowest level in 30 min ( P<0.01 ) ;3. Proglumide ( CCK antagonist ) into PVN significantly blocked the decrease of gallbladder pressure caused by CCK-8 in PVN. These results imply that PVN may probably be the central responsive site to CCK to decrease gallbladder pressure via CCK receptors of neurons .
