摘要
用自制的排卵预报监测仪测量阴道分泌液电导值(1/VR)预测排卵。分析了62人112个周期,与超声监测对照,1/VR高峰出现于排卵前1~2天,并与LH峰值吻合。1/VR高值周期天与LH峰值天及宫颈Insler评分有较好的一致性。表明1/VR检测是一种简单的预测排卵的方法。
Describcd a method of predicting and confirming ovulation bymeasurement of vaginal conductivity(1/VR).112 menstrual cycles froin 62subjects were analyzed.A obvious high in 1/VR was obser'ved at the dáy ofluteinizing hormore(LH)peak(1-2 days before the ovulation demonstratedby ultrasound),next day is decrease.Between the cycls day of the 1/VRpeak ard cycles day of the IH psak ard Irsler's method was correlative.Results indicate that monitoring of l/VR is a simple method for predictingard confirming ovulation.
