摘要
应用D/MAX-3EX射线衍射、IR-440红外光谱法研究了赋存于氧化铝水合物中的Na_2O在煅烧过程中的行为。β-Na_2O.Al_2O_3随温度升高而分解,最终是α-Al_2O_3与Na_2O·11Al_2O_3共存。氧化铝水合物中的Na_2O含量增加,锻烧产品的α-Al_2O_3含量减少、比表面积降低。
Na_2O behaviour in alumina hydrate in the process of calcination bave been studied by means of D/Max-3B X-ray diffractometer and IR-440 infrared spectrophotometer。This result express that β-Na_2O· Al_2O_3 is decomposed as the temperature increase and the coexistence of α-Al_2O_3 with Na_2O.Al_2O_3 is formed at tbe end.α-Al_2O_3 content in calcined products is decreased and the specific surface area is lowed as the content of Na_2O in alumina hydrate is increasing.
