淬火时效对磁鼓铝合金性能的影响

摘要 本文研究了淬火时效制度对磁鼓铝合金挤压棒材性能的影响,并指出,对于A1-3.5%Cu-1.6%Mg-0.9%Fe-1.5%Ni合金挤压棒材采用500℃/3h+170℃/12h处理后,在车制磁鼓件时,具有良好的切削性能,精车后表面光洁度可达,磁鼓的表面布氏硬度≥1100MPa,装机使用具有较好的耐蚀性能。 This paper studies the effect of quench-aging regulntion on properties of extruding bar of magnetic drum aluminium alloy. This paper also points out that Ni-base alloy extruding bar, containing Al-3.5%, Cu-1.6%, Mg-0.9%,Fe-0.5%, has excellent cutting property after treated at 500℃/3h + 170℃/12h.when it is made into magnetic drum. The face fineness of finished magnetic drum can be equalled by 10 or higher than 10 and Brinell hardness of this face can be equalled by 1100MPa or higber tban 1100MPa and it gas good corrosion resistance as used in machine.
