摘要
本文介绍了莱芜钢铁总厂７５０ｍ~３高炉热风炉炉篦子及支柱预组装过程中发现的一些设计、制作问题以及针对这些问题所采取的解决办法，保证了砌筑后热风炉蓄热室梅花砖格孔的通孔率，为今后同类设备的设计与制作提供了可靠的经验。
This paper introduces some design and manufacture problems discovered in the process of preassembling hot blast stove grate and pillar of 750 m￣3 blast furnace of Laiwu Iron &Steel General Works and puts forward tbe solving methods pointing to these problems.These measurements ensure the througb hole rate of checker hole of plum blossom brick in hot storage room of hot blast stove grate after build-up and it provides reliable experience for the design and manufacture of similar equipments in the future.
