摘要
本文从介绍毫米波辐射计的原理出发,结合超导电子器件独特优点和国内外超导视频检波、检测情况,提出开展毫米波超导辐射计的研究课题,在军事上具有十分重要意义。
This paper discriber the priciple of millimeter radiometer, associated with the extra obvious advantage of superconducting electronic device and the research and production of detection in the superconducting tunneling junction.To study millimeter superconducting radiometer are of for reaching importance to the m'illtray.
