摘要
指出甲醇-汽油混合燃料应用中存在的问题:点燃温度高,具有明显的相分离等.为此,提出双燃料加热自动混合系统及可变掺合率燃料供给系统.试验表明,油箱分置、延时供给甲醇、冷却水控制加热、化油器回流的循环系统可有效地防止相分离,改善低温起动性能;化油器及相应部件改造后可保证变掺合率燃料供给系统工作可靠.
Points out the difficulties in application of the dual mixing fuel,i.e.,higherignition temperature,easier phase separation,etc.To counter the problem,presents the dualfuel heating-mixing system and the variable mixing ratio fuel supply system which are suitableto methanql fuel carburetor engines.Tests shown that the fuel system as dividing of tanksdelayed supply of methanoLheating control with cooling water-return through a reconstructedcarburetor can effectively prevent the phase separation and improve the low--temperture starting,the amended carburetor and its relative parts may provide reliability for the fuel supply system operation.
