摘要
采用改良的八木氏插管法在32个离体灌流的鳖心上,重点研究了对3种肾上腺素能受体激动剂的变时性反应.其亲和力顺序:ISO>E≥NE.NE(3.33×10-8g)的正变时性作用可被PRO(3.33×10-6g)所阻断,PHENT(3.33×10-6g)则无效.同浓度(3.33×10-8g)的E与NE正变时性作用相近,明显强于SAL.选择性α-受体激动剂METHO无明显作用或略抑制.夏季与冬季的鳖心反应基本相同.提示鳖心的肾上腺素能受体主要为β-亚型而无α-受体.
The chronotropic response to the adrenergic agonists ISO,E,NE was mainly testedin 32 isolated perfused turtle Trionyx sinensis hearts. The order of affinity: ISO > E >NE. PRO (3.33×10--'g)inhibited the positive chronotropic effect of NE(3. 33×10-8g)while PHENT(3. 33×10-6g)was ineffective. With the same concentration(3. 33×10-'g),tht responses of E and NE were similar and much more effective than that ofSAL. The selective Q--agonist METHO had no obvious effect or only had slightinhibition. The responses of the turtle hearts in summer and winter were the same. Theresult indicated that the adrenergic receptors of the turtle hearts are mainly β1-subtype.
