摘要
应用微电泳技术研究了PACS对硅藻土悬浮液的絮凝效果,测定硅藻土悬浮液在不同pH值下其胶粒表面ξ电位的变化情况,考察了pH值、无机离子、温度对PACS絮凝性能的影响.结果表明,在测定的pH值为2.2~10.4范围内,硅藻土悬浮液中的胶粒表面带负电;pH值影响PACS的水解状态,因而也影响PACS的絮凝除浊效果;在较宽的温度范围及较宽的无机离子浓度范围内,PACS都具有良好的絮凝除浊效果.
The properties of PACS for the flocculation of an aqueous suspension of kieselguhrhave been studied by use of electrophoretic method and by determination of flocculatingeffect.The factors influencing flocculation of a kieselguhr suspension have beenexamined,including the pH value,inorganic electrolyte and temperature.Theexperimental results showthat the hydrolytic products of PACS depend on the pH valueof the solution,so the removing turbidity effect of PACS is affected by the pH value ofthe solution. The flocculation effect of PACS for kieselguhr suspension is not affected togreat extent by either temperature in the range of 30~7O℃ or variation of pH over thepH range 6.5~ 9.5.PACS gives satisfactory turbidity removal capacity when thetemperature of the solution is in the range of 10 ~15℃.
