摘要
SiC晶须增韧Al2O2陶瓷刀具材料由于SiC晶须与Al2O2基体的热膨胀系数不一致,在烧结冷却后将产生一定的残余应力.本文用理论方法分析了外力作用和热胀先配所产生的应力在晶须与基体中的分布,并用有限元法分别计算了外力作用和热胀失配所产生的应力及其分布.计算结果与理论分析的结果是一致的.
The thermal expansion coefficient of SiC whisker is different from thatof matrix. Such mismatch can result in the thermal stresses in the composites.Theoreticaland finite element methods were used to analyze the stress distribution in the whisker andmate'x. Results showed that either of these two methods can be used to calculate and analyze he stress distribution.
