摘要
由于水坝的体积大,用来筑坝的混凝土的粗骨科粒径大、分级多。合理确定最大粒径、分级尺寸和级配十分重要。优良的粗骨科级配可显著地降低水泥用量。粗骨科级配也影响混凝土施工性能和骨科生产成本。本文论述了合理的最大粒径和分级尺寸;介绍了选择最优级配的理论和试验结果,提出了最优级配的经验值。理论分析证明,间断级配优于连续级配。本文着重介绍间断级配骨料混凝土的试验结果和实用效果,并提出大坝混凝土使用间断级配的粗骨料分级尺寸和组合。
Because of vast volume of a dam,the coarse aggregate of concrete used for constructing a dam is of large grain size and more grading.It is very important to determine reasonably the maximum grain size,graded sizes and gradation of the coarse aggregate.With good gradation of coarse aggregate,the cement consumed may be reduced remarkably.Also the gradation of coarse aggregate influences the workability of concrete and production cost of aggregate.This paper discusses the reasonable maximum grain size and graded size,introduces the theory and experimental results for selecting optimal gradation,proposes the experiential data for optimal gradation.Theoretical analysis shows that the discontinuous gradation is superior to the continuous one. This paper pays the particular attention to introducing the testing results and practical effect of discontinuous gradation aggregate concrete,and presents foe graded sizes and their combination of discontinuous gradation coarse aggregate of dam concrete.
