摘要
本文叙述了在LiNbO_3中掺进CeO_2和Fe_2O_3生长Ce:Fe:LiNbO_3晶体,选择最佳生长工艺条件,克服晶体生长过程中出现的缺陷,并进行还原处理。测试晶体的吸收系数、二波耦合指数增益系数。在Ce:Fe:LiNbO_3晶体中实现了非简并四波混频。
In this paper, the growth of Ce:Fe:LiNbO_3 by doping CeO_2 and Fe_2O_3 into LiNbO_3 is reported, The best growth conditions are selected in the growth process,the defects in crystal is eliminated and the reduction treatment is made in the crystal.The absorption coefficients and the two -wave coupling exponential gain coefficients are measured.Non-degenerate four- wave mixing is realized in Ce:Fe:LiNbO_3 crystal.
