摘要
通过循环流化床冷态流动实验分析了操作流速与粒度分布对循环倍率的影响.从物料平衡出发.推导了除尘效率及煤中含灰量对循环倍单影响的定量关系.并进行了计算和讨论.对多级循环系统的循环倍率也做了定量分析计算和讨论。
ased on the experimental test results of a circulating fiuidised ho cold State flows, the author hasmade an analysis of the effect of gas velocity and solid particle distribution on solid material circula tion ratio. Proceeding from a balance of Solid materials,a quanhtative relationship has been identifiedrabiding the effect of flyash separation effidsncy and raw coal ash content on circulation ratio withrelevant computations and discussion hoing performed. Also discussed and evaluated in the Ppesent pa per is the quantitative analysis of a multi-stage chcolation system and circulation ratio.
