摘要
研究了适于采煤机截齿齿体用ＺＧ４５Ｃｒ４ＳｉＭｏＶＲＥ钢，该钢具有二次硬化效应，在保持高硬度的同时具有较高冲击韧性，能够满足齿体性能要求。可以采用铸造截齿代替锻造截齿。
This paper deals with ZG45Cr4SiMoVRE that is suitable for pick body of the cutter. The casting steel that has secondary hardening effect has both high hardness and higher toughness,witch can meet the need of properties of pick body. The casting pick can be used to replace the forging pick.
