摘要
通过对焦炉的传热机理和焦化机理的研究,开发了焦化过程热动力学模型和基于人工神经网络的结焦终点在线预报模型,形成了焦化过程的总体数学模型,以实现结焦终点的自动预报。
Through study on heat transfer mechanism and coking mechanism, the thermokinetics model for the coking process and the on-line prediction model for the coking end on the basis of the artificial nervous network are developed, and a general mathematical model for the coking process is established. As described in the paper, the automatic prediction of the coking end can be realized.
