低碳醇合成Raney Cu-Co催化剂的研究Ⅱ.Cu-Co-Al合金及Raney Cu-Co催化剂的XRD表征 被引量:1

摘要 本文对Cu/Co比不同的五个Cu-Co-Al合金样及其碱抽提产物──RaneyCu-Co催化剂的体相结构进行了XRD表征。结果表明:Cu-Co-Al合金由CuAl、CuAl_2及Al_(13)Co_4三种物相构成。随Cu/Co原子比(0.17~23.1)增高,Al_(13)Co_4及CuAl物相逐渐减少,直至消失,CuAl_2物相产生且逐渐增多。RaneyCu-Co催化剂由两种Cu-Co固溶体组成,一种富铜,另一种富钴。Cu-Co固溶体的形成发生于碱抽提或还原过程,含钴物相的存在有利于CuA1物相的碱抽提。 Five Cu-Co-Al alloy samples with different Cu/Co ratios and their alkalileached products──Raney Cu-Co catalysts have been prepared and characterized byXRD. The Cu-Co-Al samples studied are composed of three phases : CuAl , CuAl_2,andAl_(13)Co_4. With increasing Cu/Co(atomic ratio from 0.17 to 23.1) , the quantities of Al_(13)Co_4and CuAl phases decrease gradually and finally to zero, and CuAl_2 phase forms and itsquantity increases gradually. Each of the Raney Cu-Co catalysts prepared is composed oftwo types of Cu-Co solid solution. One is rich in Cu, and the other is in Co. But, both ofthem are formed during the alkali leaching or reducing process. The presence of somephases,including Co, favors the alkali leaching of CuAl phase.
