摘要
文章以情报接受规律的基本特征为逻辑起点,论述了情报接受活动所遵循的3条基本规律,即情报接受需要的优势递进规律,情报接受的自由度拓展与收缩规律和情报接受的目标状态与现实状态的矛盾运动规律。文章认为,研究情报接受活动中的基本规律,有助于我们认识情报接受的本质及其特征;有助于开拓思路,提高情报接受素质。我们可以从研究情报接受的规律中获得方法论的启迪。
The basic characteristics of the law of information receiving is taken as the logical starting point in this paper , it discusses three basic l'aw which are followed by the activities of information receiving , i.e. the law of superiority increasing required by formation receiving; the law of development and reducing of freedom degree of information receiving; the law of contra-dictory movement of the target status and the real status of information receiving. The paper recognizes that to study the basic law in the activities of information receiving can helpus to underst and the essence and characteristics of information receiving; to open up the train of thought to enhance the quality of 'information receiving.We can obtain the elicitation of methodology from the study of the law of information receiving.
