摘要
研究了细粒度粉煤灰填充酚醛、聚氯乙烯塑料后的性能变化,及填充无补强丁苯胶后性能的分析。发现粉煤灰可作酚醛、聚氯乙烯的填充剂,不适于作了苯胶的补强剂。在同样的填充条件下,粉煤灰的粉径越细,填充效果越好。其中,粉煤灰─酚醛填充材料可达到日用模塑粉的国家标准,粉煤灰─聚氯乙烯填充材料可达到钙塑材料的企业标准,而成本有所降低,同时有助于消除环境污染。
The properties of PF,PVC and SBR filled with gangue Powder were studied in detail.The resilts showed that gangue powder was a good filler for PF and PVC,but not suit forSBR.It was found that the Properties can be modified effectively with decreasing the size of ganguepowder,PF and PV filled with gangue powder had not only better propeties, but also lower cost.
