摘要
报道1989~1990年山东省30多个大中型代表水库浮游动物的种类组成,种类频级、优势类群。主要种和生物量;统计分析掠食性与植食性浮游动物生物量,浮游动物与浮游植物生物量及浮游动物与代表水库营养状态指标的总磷,透明度和深度的关系。提出浮游动物个体越小,其生物量与水库营养水平关系越密切。
Using the zooplankton samples gathered from 39 representative large- and middle-sized reservoirs in Shandong Province in 1989 and 1990, the species composition and biomass of zooplankton and their relations to the environmental factors were studied.99 species of zooplankton were found,and 19 species were designated as main species, among which the MI values of cladoceran species ranked first on the list, according to the main species indices in the reservoirs. The species were classified into three classes in accordance with their frequencies. The average zooplankton biomass of the reservoirs was 1.47mg/L, and the biomass of cladocera was the greatest. Cladocera and Copepoda were the dominant groups in the reservoirs, and their biomass were closely related with the total biomass of zooplankton.The biomass of predatory zooplankton were significantly related with the biomass of zooplankton and the biomass of herbiverous zooplanktan were positively related with reservoir trophic levels indicted by the average annual total phosphorus and the biomass of phytoplankton. The biomass of rotifers and Bosmina coregoni were negatively related with the mean depth and the Secchi disc depth. It has been shown that the smaller the size of zooplankton, the more significantly the biomass of the zooplankton are related with reservoir trophic levels.
