摘要
气象现代化建设起点要高，尽量采用先进技术和设备，力争五年不落后。按照系统工程原理，统一设计和规划，在实施过程中必须因地制宜，挖潜改造，有本地特色。开发的成果要认真投入业务应用．并努力把它转化为商品，再进一步推动气象现代化建设。
The modernization of our meteorological operation should be conducted at a level of standardization,and make the widest possible use of the new techniques and equipment with their standard of world level be in advance of five years.The whole plan should be considered according to the principle of systematic engineering,while for the implementation of the system,local conditions should also be taken into consideration and the local characteristics as well.Consequently,the results of the development and its operation will be converted into commodities,and therefore the modernization Of meteorology will surely be promoted.
