摘要
对胰头、颈和体部良性病变传统上均行Ｗｈｉｐｐｌｅ手术。Ｗｈｉｐｐｌｅ手术范围大、手术步骤比较繁杂、并发症较多。为了克服上述缺点，我们采用胰腺病变外节段性切除治疗４例胰腺疾病。该术式保留了胃、十二指肠及胆道系统的生理通道，避免了胆肠和胃肠吻合可能发生的并发症，简化了手术步骤，加快了术后患者的恢复，疗效满意。
Abstract In this study, four patients underwent segmental pancreatectomy fot their benign pancreatic diseases instead of traditional Whipple's procedure, which in this situation would unnecessaryly disable healthy adjacent organs causing some serious complications. The postoperative course of all our four patients was uneventful and the results were satisfactory.
