摘要
我院１９９２年３月至７月，成功地完成了１０例腹腔镜肝包虫摘除术。１０例共摘除肝包虫１６个，包虫直径４～１２ｃｍ。并存胆囊结石一并切除２例。有肝包虫手术史的２例。手术于电视下采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术的器械设备，按包虫手术的不接触操作原则、步骤进行。术后不需止痛药，当天下地活动，进食水，平均住院５．３天即出院。本组无中转开腹手术者。我们体会肝内型包虫和肝包虫合并严重细菌性感染、肝包虫破裂及上腹部多次手术而广泛粘连者不宜采用本手术方式。
Abstract A total of 16 hydatid cysts,sized 412cm in diameter from 10 patients with hydatid cyst were successfully excised by using modern instrument of video laparoscope and the principle of 'non-touch procedure' of bydatid disease accoznpanied with two cholecystectomy at same time. Two patient had a previous history of surgical treatment on hydatid disease, and all patients did fine after surgery as: noneed for analgesic agents, early walks drink and discharge with an average hospital staying of 5.3 days. There was no diversion to open surgery and the only contraindication for this approach was that intrahepatic hydatid disease associated with serious secondary becterial infection or diffused adhesion resurted from rupture hydatid cyst with multiple surgical interventions.
