摘要
我科５年来收治７例肝泡型包虫病，占同期肝包虫病的１．７６％（７／３９６），其中６例手术治疗。患者均来自新疆牧区，本病临床表现及肝功化验酷似肝癌。本病临床可根据流行病学、病程的长短和临床症状及包虫血清免疫试验及ＡＦＰ检测结果进行鉴别。Ｂ超、ＣＴ及Ｘ线检查特殊征象对本病的确诊具有重要价值。由于病人多为晚期，放本组仅１例行根治手术，因此进一步加深对本病的认识，提高早期诊治率是一个十分重要的问题。
Abstract Seven patient from Xin Jiang pastal arc with alveolar echinococciasis were treated surgically except one in past five years. It made up 1.76% of the total amounts of patients with echinococciasis granulosus in same period and its clinical features had a great resemblance to lives cancer. The diaeartnosis can be made by epidemiological histor3r, clinical course,symptoms and serolorreaical test for hydatid cyst and AFP as well. B type ultrasonography, CT, and radiological examination were of great help in establishment of diagnosis. Since most patients were at terminal stage, and only one patient was undergone radical operation. The improvement of the comprehension and early diagnosis of this disease is therefore invaluable.
