摘要
本文简要介绍了南充寒潮短期预报系统。该系统以天气学原理为基础,将预报员经验与统计学方法相结合,对南充地区寒湖天气过程进行定点(县)定量预报。
This paper describes the short term forecast system of cold wave in Nanchong. The system based on the principles of weather prognostics combines the experience of weather men with the statistics principles and forecasts the process of cold wave in Nanchong Area for agi ven pointi(.e.a country)and in a quantitative Way.
