花色素累积与细胞结构和PAL的相关性

摘要 本文通过胡萝卜愈伤组织的培养,发现在不同植物激素的White培养基上可产生花色素苷。结果表明,花色素的累积与激素种类和细胞分化有密切关系,但与愈伤组织在培养周期中出现两次PAL活性峰无正相关性。 When a carrot having been cuitured for some time, the carrot calli in white medium with different hormes can probuce anthocyanin. The accumulation of anthocynin is related with the kind of hormes. Two PAL activity peaks are observed during a culture cycle. The anthocyanin accumulation may not be related with them, but is much related with the cell structure.
