摘要
试验发现,用常规方法测定的轴流泵出口能量偏小。为揭示其原因,用五孔探针测定轴流泵出口流场,结果表明,出流具有较大的周向流速,断面轴向流速分布很不均匀,各点单位势能不等,出水管内为螺旋流动,属急变流,简要分析了它的形成机理,并给出了用常规方法测定轴流泵出口能量的修正方法。
The outlet energy of an axial flow pump measured by the conventional method was foundon trial to be below its real value. For seeing the reason,the outlet flow field was measuredwith a pitot global probe. The results indicate that the flow is with a great circular velocityand the axial velocity is rather bad-distributed. The potential energy on the cross sectionisn′t constant.The flow is spiral and nonuniform. The formation mechanism of flow wasanalysed and the conventional method was amended in this paper.
