摘要 以砷化物为污染源,研究砷对大豆种子萌发及生理活性物质的影响,结果表明:砷化镓(GaAs)和砷酸钠(Na_3AsO_3三价砷和Na_2HAsO_4五价砷)对大豆种子萌发的影响,在五价砷(GaAs和Na_2HAsO_4)1-5mg/L,三价砷0.1-1mg/L对大豆萌发有促进作用,随着浓度提高,发芽率有所下降;五价砷50mg/L和三价砷10mg/L显著受抑制;五价砷500mg/L和三价砷100mg/L种子萌发完全受抑制,砷化镓与五价砷相类同,砷对异柠檬酸裂解酶(ICL)和超氧物岐化酶(SOD)活性的影响与发芽能力呈正相关,三价砷对ICL和SOD的致钝作用大于五价砷2.5倍,五价砷Na_2HAsO_4大于GaAs。 AbstractThe germination of soybean seed was affected evidently by GaAs,Na2HA sO4 (As(V) and Na3AsO3 As(V) 1-5mg/kg of As(V)or 0.1-1mg/kgof As(Ⅲ)stimulated the germination of soybean seed and more than 50mg/kg of As(V)or 10 mg/kg of As( Ⅲ )inhibited the germination Thegermination of soybean seeds was entirely inhibited by 500mg/kgof As(V)or 100 mg/kg of As(Ⅲ).GaAs behaved similarly as As (V).The activit-ies of ICL, and SOD had close relations with the soybean germination abil-ity when affected by arsenic compound.The inactivation of ICL and SODby As(Ⅲ) was from 2 to 5 times stronger than As(V).
