摘要
我科自1977年至1988年共收皮肌炎患者32例,具有典型皮损和肌肉症状。其中50％病人谷草转氨酶和乳酸脱氫酶升高,测定24h尿肌酸排出量增高达82％。尿肌酐排泄降低占61. 5％。死亡率22％,死亡原因肺内感染占大多数。主要是细菌、霉菌感染和应用皮质激素引起并发症致死。12. 5％病人并发肿瘤。
Thirty-two cases of dermatomyositis with typical dermal injuries and muscular symptoms were treated in our hospital from 1977 to 1988.Glutamic oxacetic trans-aminase (GOT) and lactic dehydrogenase (DLH) were elevated in 50.0%cases, creatinine excretion rate in urine was reduced in 61.5%, and death rate of the disease was 22.0% .The majority of deaths was due to lung infection, which was chiefly the result of bacterial or mycotic infections, as well as complications caused by using corticotropic hormone. 12.5% of the cases were complicated by cancer (carcinoma of lung, mediastinal tumor, ovarian cancer and carcinoma of the mammary gland).
