肉用仔鸡饲粮中不同钙水平对植酸磷可利用性的影响

THE EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT CALCIUM LEVELS IN THE BROILER-CHICK DIET ON THE AVAILABILITY OF PHYTIN PHOSPHORUS

摘要 本研究在1—5周龄“AA”肉用仔鸡的玉米——豆饼饲粮中添加不同水平植酸钠或米糠,在不同钙水平下进行因子试验。试验期5周,期间进行了钙、植酸磷的代谢试验。结果表明,在本试验条件下,适当降低钙水平对肉用仔鸡增重、胫骨灰分及其中无机磷含量均无不良影响,但却显著提高了血清无机磷含量和钙、植酸磷的表观利用率。 A factorial test was carried out by supplementing sodium phytate or rice bran to the diet of AA broiler-chick under different calcium(Ca) levels. The tset lasted for five weeks, during which a metadolic trial was conducted to determine the availabilities of Ca and phytin phoshorus(PP). The results show that a proper reduction of Ca has no adverse effects on the average weight gain, tibia ash as well as tibia ash phosphorus, but has an obvious improvement in the serum inorganic phosphorus and the apparent availabilties of Ca and PP.
