摘要
从深化改革的角度，探讨编制县域规划的意大，原则，方法，与实施途径，文中所提出的一些新的观点和认识对各地逐步展开的县域规划编制工作有参考和借鉴价值．
Based on the practical experience by the author,significance,principle and implement ways on comilat ion of county regional plann ing are d iscussed in the present paper.
