摘要
在排气可用能的基础上,从失能的角度出发,对MPC排气系统进行了热力学分析,提出了以可用能的能损系数作为排气系统热力学完善性的评价指标。该评价指标不仅可反映MPC排气系统的热力学完善性,而且还可揭示气体在MPC排气管系流动过程中,可用能蜕化的部位和损失的程度,指出排气管系设计中的薄弱环节,为改进设计指明方向,以及为改进效果提供判断依据。
In the view of energy loss, the MPC exhaust system has been thermodynamically analysised based on the available energy in the exhaust gas. Available cnergy Ioss coefficient was raised to evaluate the thermodynamic perfectness of MPC exhaust system, this evaluating parameter could reveal the position of the energy degeneration and the degree of the energy loss. It could point out the vulnerable spots of design, indicate the directions of improving design, provide the foundation to judge if the improving methods are reasonable.
