带有不同形式起动孔的涡流室式柴油机冷起动全过程的研究

摘要 作者通过采集带有不同形式起动孔的涡流室式柴油机冷起动全过程的主、副室压力示功图,对起动过程的每循环的转速、平均指示压力、滞燃期、压力升高率及主副室压差等进行了详细分析。提出了三种不同形式的主副压差图,分析了冷起动条件下的三种典型的非稳态燃烧示功图,阐明了涡流室式柴油机冷起动过程的机制,为改善这美柴油机的冷起动性能指出了方向和途经。 This paper analyses in detail the rotation of initial cycle, mean indic- ated pressure, ignition delay period, pressure increase rate, pressure difference between the main and the swirl chamber and so on by means of collecting the main and the swirl chamber's pressure work-showing figures of the swirl chamber diesel engine with differ- ent forms of start hole. In this paper, the pressure difference figures of three different forms of main and swirl chamber are introduced, three typical unsteady state combust- tion work-showing figures in cold start condition are analysed further, the mechanism for the cold start process of swirl chamber diesel engine is elucidated. To improve the cold startability of this kind of diesel engine, the paper points out the direction and way.
