摘要
采用离体豚鼠右心空乳头肌标本灌流法,测定EX,PROP,ISO,NPEP四种药物引起的累积量一效曲线,ISO,NPEP对乳头肌的收缩作用呈浓度依赖性增强,pD2值分别为726和578.EX对乳头肌的作用呈抑制作用,IC50为3.16×10-6mol/L,由等效法求得PROP拮抗ISO反应的pA2值为7.86,EX对ISO的量一效曲线影响无显著性,BX拮抗NPEP反应的pD2值为5.39.结果提示EX对心肌的抑制作用可能不通过β一受体系统。
cumulative concentration response curves of ephedroxane
(ES),prop-ranolo (PROP),iso renaline (ISO)and d-norpseudoephedrme (NPEP)were obtainedfrom
the isolated gumea-right ventricalar papillary muscles.The contraction Effets of the papillary
muscles in creased depending on concentrations of ISO and NPEP. The pD2values for ISO and
Npep are 7.26 and 5.78.Inhibitory effects were causea in the papillary muscles by EX. The
value of IC50 for EX18 3.16×10-6mol/L. The pA2 value for PROPagainst ISO is 7.86. The
metmod of Arunlakshana and schild was used to calculate the pA2value. It if not signtficant for
EX against ISO. The pD'2 value for EXagainst NPEP pA25.39. These results suggest that
inhibitory,effects of EX in ventricular muscles seem to be not exered by bera-adrenoceptor
systems.
