摘要
对标准平衡电解质导泻液（ＥＬＳ）３升法及两种不同的聚乙二醇电解质导泻液（ＰＥＧ─ＥＬＳ）２升及１．５升法结肠镜检前１３７例患者的前瞻性、随机、单盲临床应用比较，证实三种导泻液的肠道清洁效果相仿，副作用轻微。但ＰＥＧ─ＥＬＳ液因服用量小，患者易于接受，且国产ＰＥＧ４００价廉易得，口感亦稍好，故可作为肠镜检查前、钡剂灌肠造影前及一些肠道手术前的常规肠道准备方法。
Department of Digestion,Nanjing Gulou Hospital)This was a prospective,randomized, single blind clinical trial of colon cleansing effect for 137 cases of colonocopy with the standard electrolyte lavage solution (ELS)(3 liter)and the two different PEG-ELS(2 liters or 1.5 liters). the results showed that the colon cleansing effect was the same,and with a few side effects. However,the consumed amount of PEG-EIS was less than that of ELS, so patients can accept easily,the satisfactory rate was 95%;and the native PEG400 is cheap and available, tolerance is good. So it can be recommended as a colon preparation for colonoscopy, barium enema and some intestinal operations.
