摘要
４例神经原性膀胱伴较多残余尿患者，采用经膀胱镜的尿道内括约肌切断术治疗，取得了满意效果。我们采用Ｆ２４Ｗｏｌｆ电切镜在膀胱颈部１２点处作纵行切开，手术是安全和简便的。本文还讨论了手术适应症、技术及结果。
From October 1991 to October 1992,4 cases of neurogenic bladder with immense residual urine were treated by transurethral internal sphincterotomy at 12 o'clock.Incision was performed with a 24F Wolf resectoscope loading with knife electrode or scalpel.Follow up revealed that satisfactory result has been achieved.The procedure is safe and simple.The indication,technique and results of this method was discussed.
