摘要
本文分析１２９例幽门管溃疡临床及内镜特点。患者多数有类似十二指肠溃疡的饥饿性腹痛，且出血、呕吐和幽门梗阻的发生率显著高于一般胃溃疡和十二指肠溃疡（Ｐ＜０．０５）。溃疡多发生在幽门前区小弯侧，多数溃疡呈圆形或椭圆形，直径＜１Ｏｍｍ，且多为浅凹状。幽门孔周常充血、水肿、变形及形成假幽门。Ｘ线钡餐或内镜检查时如不仔细观察易误诊为球部溃疡。
One hundred twenty nine cases of pyloric channel ulcer(PCU)had hunger pain that was similar to duodenal ulcer(DU).The incidences of hemorrhage,vomiting and pyloric obstruction in these patients were significantly higher than those who suffered from common gastric ulcer(GU)and DU(P<0.05). Lesions of PCU were more often presented in the lesser curvature of prepyloric area,being round or elliptic and hypofovea in shape,<10mm in size.If routine barium meal and endoscopy are carelessly performed,it is easy to be misdiagnosed as DU due to pyloric edema,deformation and pseudopyloric formation.
