摘要
４２例胃病患者胃粘膜出血时间与皮肤出血时间比较有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），且两者无相关性。而溃疡病与胃炎两组患者胃粘膜出血时间及皮肤出血时间比较差别无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），提示胃酸对胃粘膜出血时间的影响与胃内ｐＨ值的升高并非直线相关，且皮肤出血时间测定不能代表胃粘膜出血时间测定，只能通过胃粘膜出血时间测定来了解胃粘膜自行止血过程。
This study reports that gastric mucosa bleeding time(GMBT) and skin bleeding time(SBT) were taken in 42 patients with gastritis and peptic ulcer.Results show that GMBT was significantly longer than SBT in 42 patients (P<0.01),there are no relatvity between GMBT and SBT.Between gastritis and peptic ulcer,either GMBT or SBT was not significantly different(P>0.05).
