摘要
本文研究各种浓度(10-8mol/L~10-5mol/L)去甲肾上腺素(NE)对T淋巴细胞增殖的影响,并初步探讨NE影响T细胞功能的作用时间。实验结果说明:10-8~10-5mol/L范围内各种浓度的NE均可抑制T细胞对刀豆素A(ConA)的增殖反应;淋巴细胞先与NE作用1h后再接受ConA刺激,其增殖反应同样可被NE所抑制,但淋巴细胞接受ConA刺激6h后再与NE作用,其增殖反应就不再被NE所抑制,本实验结果提示,NE在较广的浓度范围内均可抑制细胞免疫功能;NE的这种免疫抑制作用可能发生于T细胞激活前或激活后初期。
The present experiments studied the influence of a range of norepinephrine(NE) concentrations on the proliferation of T lymphocyte of rat,and investigated the effective time of NE affecting the function of T lymphocyte,NE concentration of 10-8to 10-5mol/L cause inhibition of proliferation of T lymphocyte to concanavalin A(Con A).The proliferalion of T lymphocyte were still inhibited if the rat spleen cells were exposed to NE for an hour before adding Con A.However,suppressing the proliferation of T lymphocyte of NE did not occur when NE was added to spleen cell suspensions after T lymphocytes were stimulated for 6 hours by Con A.These results suggest a wide range of NE concentration can suppress cellular immunity and the immunomodulation or NE occurs before T lymphocytes were activated or early after activated.
