摘要
本文研究萘甲异喹(NI)对小鼠免疫系统的影响:给小鼠NI30ng/kgip或ig即可使其胸腺萎缩,溶血素生成减少和体内IgG水平降低,并抑制迟发型超敏及碳粒廓清功能。NI对自然杀伤(NK)作用也有明显的抑制作用.证实了NI对机体的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能均有较强的抑制作用。
Naphthylmethyl Isoquinoline(NI),a modified form of tetrandrin,was synthesized by China Pharmaceutical University.In this article,NI was researched about the effect on immunoreaction of mouse.The experimental results suggested that NI was capable of suppressing some immune functions of mouse.NI ip 30ny/ kg caused marked decrease of the weight of thymus,and prominent decrease of the clearance rate of charcoal particles given by iv.Obvious desent of serum IgG level and striking inhibition of delayed type hypersensitivity reaction induced by SRBC in mice were also observed.NI ig at the above dose remarkablly reduced the production of hemolysin in mice immunized by SRBC.Besides these,NI could suppress the NK.cytotoxic activity in vitro.On the results of the study,we may infer that NI could be a immunosuppressive agent which has nice effect.
